Our fruit purče is obtained from apples, pears, apricots and/or peaches.
We produce both "tal quale" (natural) and concentrated fruit purče. On custmer's demand the concentrated fruit purče can reach a concentration degree of max. 36/38 Brix.
In order to satisfy all the requrements of our customers we can store the " tal quale" fruit purče both in aseptic bags contained in conical metal drums and in aseptic tanks.
